The best experience, for the lowest fee! Less expensive AND better! I saved 2% of the commission on $650,000 sale of my home in Temecula. She priced it right. Professional photographer. Most difficult market conditions since 2008, but she got it shown and sold! Daily phone calls and updates. Comprehensive comps and market analysis. Other similar homes were selling for $40,000 less, but she didn't budge or fold. Twenty years of experience and expertise in that market. Very comfortable and confident. She became a good friend, instead of just your typical agent.

So back in 2018 my family of four began a search through Zillow of homes we may be interested in murrieta/Temecula.. I sent an email asking for help and we were fortunate enough to end up with Rose to be the one who reached out. She was sooo attentive to our needs, desires, and everything else we needed to find our “forever “ home. She searched and searched and showed us about a dozen homes without being pushy. She was available for calls at any time day or night (I tried not to call at night) but it was a massive purchase. She was there every step I’of the way! Here we are four years later and she still helps! E she helped set up the perfect person for a refi - she even went out of her way to help with a home warranty issue we have… four years later. Seriously I know a few people in real estate but I will only contact and ask for the help of Rose Grevin. You can’t go wrong.
