Upon contacting Rose, I soon found out that she was very knowledgeable of the Lawrenceville area. She provided me with info on schools, recent sales, etc. Then she immediately responded by arranging for me to see homes. I soon found a home I like in my price range. But there was a problem with the roof. Rose played a very important role in the negotiation process. Due to her excellent negotiation skills the home owner paid for a new roof. I was impressed.

Rose helped me and my wife purchase our first home. When we started, my wife and I were all over the place on location, type of home, schools, commute, etc. Rose was very patient and took all of our inconsistencies in stride. She was helpful in providing insight into local areas, discussing commuting options and methods, schools rankings and anything else we asked about. She calmed us down when we got frustrated and helped us consider options we never thought possible. I am truly pleased at how great she was during the whole process and she was genuinely happy when we selected and closed on our home. I cannot be happier with Rose's efforts.

My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Rose assisting us in the purchase of our first house. Very early on she picked up on exactly what we not only wanted but needed and she was unstinting in her efforts to send us listings and follow through with visits. I am particularly grateful to her because for much of the search period (which extended over 5 months), I was out of the country so I had to depend on her to guide and moderate my husbands responses to what he and she were looking at. I could only see what was online. Imagine trying to participate in a house search and putting in offers from thousands of miles way!! But Rose made it work. Finally and almost miraculously after we were under contract, she got agreements from the seller to extend the closing date on 3 different occasions- this was because we were trying to navigate and comply with all of the new requirements and it was taking longer than we had imagined. But I guess her charm (and negotiating skills) had won them over. We will always be grateful to her for her upbeat optimism and depth of knowledge which encouraged us long after we would have given up!. thanks Rose.

I contacted Rose with a list of expectations which included location, floor plan, environment and mostly size. All areas were met! I was only taken to developements which met my list of "had to be's". Likewise the atmostphere and surroundings of each property shown was right on target. While I was close-minded on the floor plan, Rose showed me property which more so met my true desires... a few things I had never seen or imagined. But best of all, I got what I wanted in a very spacious home and have not regretted a moment in my decision. Throughout my entire experience with Rose, I was never pushed to make a decision and never did I feel pressure to hurry and buy. Because of the treatment, if I am to look for another property in the future, I will certainly call Rose to assist me in my search. Such a class act that I have recommended her services to several of my friends and coworkers. Thanks again Rose!!!
