Rosemary really knew what we needed. We moved to Knoxville from out of state, and not only did she help us to find a great house below budget, she was also responsive and made it easy to transition to a new community.

I was shopping for a home from hundreds of miles away. From start to finish, Rosemary was a pleasure to talk to, and she was responsive throughout the entire process. She spent a couple of Saturdays with me, with cleverly interleaved appointments at various houses so decisions could be made on the spot to spend more time or less time at any given house. She had excellent insight into local market conditions, and once I decided to make an offer, she negotiated very effectively to get a better deal than I expected. She was infinitely patient with my many questions, she was helpful through the inspection process, and she was on time for everything. Highly recommended!

Rosey has assisted us in two separate transactions- the first was the purchase of a piece of land we were going to build a house on and the second, the purchase of our dream home after the house build didn't go as planned. Both times, she was amazing to work with and by the end, could tell it was not the house for us before we walked in. She is not only a realtor, but an exceptional friend! I would highly recommend her as she will be your biggest advocate for any home/land transactions.

She is fantastic. After 14 months with two different realtors and no showings she sold my office building in 3 days. I interviewed four realtors before choosing Rosemary. She told me exactly what she was going to do to sell the office. She did everything she said and it sold quickly. She got $10,000 more than it was listed for by having 3 prospects bidding against one other. She then sold our house for $2,000 more than it was listed for in our neighborhood where houses were not selling. We had expected to get $10,000 less when we listed it. She then represented us in the purchase of our existing home in a very popular neighborhood and got it for $8,000 less than it was listed for. I would never use another realtor and have referred her to others with similar success.
