Rossana helped us with the purchase of our first home. We were very pleased with her work. She was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. Most importantly, she made us feel comfortable with the process of home-buying. She made herself available to us and worked well with sales agents, builders/contractors, and loan processors. She answered lots of questions for us and made us aware of questions that we should ask. Rossana was by our side every step of the process (and even after!). We highly recommend her!

Rosanna was very helpful and knowledgeable. She knows the market well and did an outstanding job meeting our needs at odd hours of the day. It was clear to me from the beginning that she was very dedicated to her job and clients. She sold our home in three days and helped us close on our new home in 30 days.

Rossana is a great person to work with. She is very knowledgeable of the area and always responsive to our needs and requests. She is always available to help out with anything that we needed. We would definitely work with Rossana again in the future and recommend her to our family and friends.

I had very specific requirements and the type and price of home I was looking for was very popular in this area. Previous agents were either non-responsive or were not actively searching for homes that met my requirements. I contracted with Rossana and she found my home in 3 weeks. I cannot stress how difficult it was to difficult it was find a house that I wanted that was not bid on within hours of it going on the market. Had she not move so quickly and secured the deal I would not be writing this review in my perfect home. Aside for her professionalism she is a very pleasant person and a joy to work with. I highly recommend her!

Rossana helped us find a home in Helotes, TX and our experience with her was awesome. She is very responsive, knowledgeable, and her negotiation skills are top notch. I would recommend her highly, you will not be disappointed, just call her, she will be with you throughout the process and even after. Friends forever.
