Ryan did an excellent job of acquainting my wife and me with the area and the various options in our price range. We looked at alot of homes and as he learned what we were looking for, he was able to pin point properties that worked for us. He pointed out area highlights as we were new to the area, recommended restaurants etc. He did a good job of negotiating per our wishes. The closing turn over etc. was seamless

I knew that it would be difficult to successfully find a home searching long distance and knew it couldn’t be done without the help of a superb realtor. I found that realtor in Ryan Ford. It took three trips to Saint Augustine over 6 months, and almost daily contact by e-mail or phone calls to find and get my house. Ryan ALWAYS found time to respond and even checked his e-mails when he was on vacation. No question was too trivial or stupid to him. Unlike many successful realtors, you will get Ryan’s personal attention. You are not delegated to the realtor’s assistant in the office. It didn’t matter to him that I could only afford a home well under $100,000. He provides the same attention to a customer buying a small 900 square foot house (me) as a customer buying a million dollar mansion. Even after I closed on the house, he continues to help me in getting the house ready. In addition to being an outstanding realtor, he also has a knack for providing excellent tips in decorating and sprucing up the house. Even though he gas gotten his commission, he is always available to open my house to workmen for repairs. This is the sixth house that I have bought in my life, and Ryan is far and away better than the five previous realtors combined. He was born to be a realtor and you will not find another realtor in Saint Augustine with his substantial knowledge of the market, home construction, and contacts.

With me being over 900 miles away, Mr. Ford was able to find the property we liked at a more than reasoble price. He was very conscientious in looking to serve our needs.
