I cannot recommend Ryan Kanofsky and his team highly enough. Ryan and his team exceeded all our expectations. My husband and myself were first time home-buyers and were trying to buy a home in a city we had never visited before. A friend of a friend who had purchased a home through Ryan connected us to him. From his very first email to us, we knew we were in excellent hands. He helped us navigate the complicated world of home buying in today's competitive market in the middle of a pandemic! Ryan was super knowledgeable about Philly neighborhoods, he listened to what we wanted, he was very patient, very communicative and responsive even when he was away from work and at literally all hours of the day. He made several videos that helped us understand the process. When it came time for offers, he expertly navigated the process and helped us secure an offer on the perfect home for us. When we got a deal on our prospective home, he helped provide recommendations on other services that we would need-inspection; all of which were invaluable especially because we were very new to Philadelphia. All in all, Ryan and his team guided us expertly and we got the home of our dreams and managed to stay within our budget without stepping foot in Philly except for the day of closing. I would recommend Ryan over and over and over again. It was a joy working with him and his team.

I cannot speak highly enough about the services provided by Ryan Kanofsky of the Kanofsky Group. My wife and I were searching for our first home and a close friend who recently purchased a beautiful apartment in Philly recommended we go with the Kanofsky Group so we reached out to Ryan asap. As first-time homebuyers we were initially very nervous and overwhelmed with the homebuying process but, the moment we met Ryan, our nervousness was transformed into excitement. Ryan is upbeat, professional, thorough, detail-oriented, personable, and an overall extremely talented real estate agent. He was successfully able to help us navigate the first-time homebuying experience easily enough and helped us buy the best home we could thank to his expertise. During the search, he gave us his full attention, was quickly responsive to our emails/calls, kept us informed of any/all updates, and used his wealth of knowledge and experience at every turn. Also, his website was extremely useful as a tool for searching for available houses for sale. With his help, we submitted the best and most competitive offers, and he also helped us avoid some “money pits” and shady sellers along the way. In the end, we found the most perfect house and we were able to confidently and successful buy the home of our dreams. He also put us in touch with a network of extremely professional affiliates who helped us with our mortgage, home inspection, insurance, etc. I would highly recommend hiring Ryan Kanofsky to anyone searching for a new home in the Philly metro area.

I have worked with this group for a couple of years and have always been impressed. Most recently I have worked with Danielle Matlin and can say she is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with in any capacity. Her knowledge base is extensive, her business acumen is outstanding but it's her approach that sets her aside. She is always providing guidance as opposed to pushing her clients. On multiple occasions, Danielle said she didn't think this was the right property for me and we should continue to look for the best fit for me. It's refreshing to have someone who is aligned with your goals and is willing to work with you in finding that right place. This is honestly the only agency I will work with in the Phila. Metro area.
