Sam was absolutely wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend him. One thing about Sam that really stands out to us is how responsive he was throughout the whole process. Since this was our first time buying a home, Sam always took the time to explain things to us and answer all of our questions (and we had a lot!). We loved his fun and upbeat personality and we never felt rushed or pressured. When it came to the actual house we put an offer in on, we knew there were other offers on the house. Sam shared and used negotiation strategies to help us make a competitive offer, and an offer that we were also comfortable making. Although we were not the highest offer, thanks to Sam we ended up with a perfect home. If you are looking for a realtor that has your best interest in mind, you should definitely go with Sam!

Sam is very good in his job. He is very professional and polite in his work. He got me a very good sale on my house and he offered to help me move. I am happy with the job he did for me.

Sam was phenomenal. I started my house hunting journey without much hope, as I had a lot of financial work to be done before I could qualify for a house loan. Sam was knowledgeable, helpful, and able to link me up with equally as helpful financial experts to assist me on my credit repair, and loan eligibility process. Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with and able to navigate me into my first real home! I 100% would recommend Sam to anyone seeking a realtor. You won’t be disappointed!!

Within hours after my husband and I sent a Zillow inquiry, Sam Prindle responded. The was the beginning of a beautiful realtor relationship! Our communications started in July 2019 and culminated in October with our buying the home of our dreams! From day one to closing day and beyond, Sam has been there to answer all our questions, address every concern, negotiate brilliantly on our behalf, and take care of each and every minute detail. There was never any question or request that he didn't respond to immediately with a viable answer/solution.
