Sam is hands down the absolute best at what he does!! I was about to sell my home for 50k using a cash offer company. I was advised to talk to a realtor before making that decision and I’m so glad I did. Sam’s name was the first name I saw and I just clicked on his name and left my information. Sam called me back the same day and told me that I really should rethink it because I could walk away with so much more. Not only was he right but he made the entire process extremely easy. He was honest and he told me and made me feel like we were in this together. He was upbeat and used every resource he had to get my home sold. He spent countless hours and man power during the entire process. Due to Sam’s relentless determination to get my home in tip top shape and sold, I actually closed days earlier than planned. He was always in contact with me. I never had to wonder about what was going on. I can’t say this enough Sam I am grateful for you! If you are looking to sell/buy a home, Sam is your realtor. You will not be disappointed.

I don't know where to begin...Dawn is absolutely AMAZING! We had a difficult time with finding a realtor who could accomodate our far and wide home search because we were very flexible on our new home location. Then, as the luck would have it, we were paired up with Dawn. There was no distance she wouldn't go just to see a house we were interested in, we drove hundreds of miles in a day to view just a couple of houses. Her knowledge, expertise, and steadfast determination made the seemingly impossible....possible. our original lender led us to believe that we were all set, then the hammer dropped and we suddenly "couldn't make it work". Dawn wouldn't let that be the final answer. She reached out to one of her connections and low and behold....we are approved and closing on our home. No challenge brought her down, she would adjust her approach and head into the challenge. We can't thank Dawn enough for her guidance, patience, and even the late night calls to assure us that everything would work out. If you're looking for someone who has your best interest in mind every step of the way and can make miracles happen....call Dawn!

Dawn is the agent you want to sell your house. I had a rental property that was in rough shape from my last tenant. I am out of state and in the military so my ability to inspect and repair the home was limited. Dawn took this worrisome task on and had my home market ready within a few weeks. The entire process was streamlined and near flawless. I highly recommend! Hire Dawn to sell your home - you will not be disappointed!

First we want to thank Jocelyn for her Military Service. If the range for stars went to ten, that we what we would rate her! Buying a home long distance can be a struggle. Jocelyn and her team, Grace was also a big help; listened to our list of requests and found us not only 1, but 2 homes that met our criteria. They went out of their way to do a video walk through because pictures do not tell the whole story. Jocelyn helped us to realize our dream of moving closer to our children and living on a Lake in NC. She walked us through the process with patience and a sense of humor. She gave us recommendations for home insurance and other services to help our transition go more smoothly.

I cannot overstate how much we enjoyed working with Jocelyn Bradley while selling our home.
