Sammy did an excellent job in helping me find wooded land to buy, and also in helping me through all the complicated aspects of deed searches, land use, road frontage, permitting for septic, and working with a title company for a smooth transfer. She is very responsive to any questions, and kept the process moving without me ever feeling pressured. It was such a good experience that I am looking for more land and perhaps even some commercial property. I highly recommend her.

Sammy was wonderful to work with. Preparing to sell our property was a long process, since we were already having a new home built when we met Sammy, and there were multiple construction complications along the way. We also had many years of accumulation, so we were not ready to put our property on the market once we were moving into our new home. Sammy was by our side for over a year, patiently giving us information and, perhaps more important, reassurance that it would all work out. And it did! We accepted an offer for our property nine days after it was listed. Even after closing, Sammy was there, giving us a recommendation for a professional who could help us with navigating the tax implications of selling the old place and using the proceeds to pay off the bulk of the mortgage on the new home. We highly recommend Sammy for her knowledge of the market and the process, as well as her sunny personality.
