I would most definitely recommend Samantha to friends and family. She was always quick to respond to phone calls, emails and texts and consistently went above and beyond to move complicated processes along quickly and smoothly. She was truly excellent to work with.

I used Samantha Russell to purchase my current home and have to say that she is the reason why things went as well as they did. I found this house which was listed as 'sale by owner'. It was obvious from the very first meeting with the seller that this was going to be anything but an easy process. Samantha had helped me out several years earlier in pricing another home for sale, so I knew her expertise and experience would greatly help me out. Samantha's professionalism and responsiveness was evident from the very beginning and sent the tone during the tedious negociations. We closed 30 days after our first meeting with the seller (no small feat)! Awesome service and not having to worry about the details would bring me to Samantha again.

I have actually used Samantha's experience in purchasing a home in Spokane twice over a period of years. On both occassions she has impressed me with her knowledge of not only the property, it's characteristics, strenghts and areas for improvement but also with her local knowledge of the city and immediate local area!<br/><br/>Samantha brought much more to my experience than just the purchase of my homes in Spokane. She is a true "people person" who loves her job and honestly enjoys meeting new people. I am proud to have called her a friend over the years that continually helps with any and all questions I have ever had in how to get things done in the area! <br/><br/>Sam is the real deal! Samantha help me set the price for my home, did a good analyasis and let me think about it. I expected it to sell in 6 months, it sold in one week. She then helped me find a new home that was better suited to my desired living conditions. I was impressed with the fact that I thought she listened and explained what she felt was important in the many options that you have in making decisions that you usually do a few times in a lifetime. If I sell again I hope I have the opportunity to work with her.
