When we decided to move closer to family, we had the tough choice of who to call to sell our home. We were recommended to Samara and Smart Choice by our lender, Michael Martin (Martin Mortgage Group) with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp, so we knew had to be great. We weren't disappointed. She did a complete walk through of our house, told us what to focus on fixing and how to stage our house for showings. When we got our home listed we had an offer in 24 hours on a Saturday morning. Samara recommended letting the weekend finish before making the jump and she was right. By Sunday night, we had 6 offers on our home! No open house required, just simple showings of our home. The entire process was pain free. Her closing coordinator, Lisa, helped us deal with sellers who were requesting more than we could handle and never made us feel like we were a hassle and understood we were only trying to make the best choice for our family. In the end we were able to make one best for everyone involved. We had a quick and painless closing and in a few weeks after closing, Smart Choice followed up to be sure were settling into our new home nicely. With everyone's expertise and an incredibly low fee (1% of our closing cost due to us moving out of Raleigh) that was significantly less than the 3% or higher other Realtors were asking for. Smart Choice Realty is without a doubt, an incredibly smart choice!

Nicole was so helpful and extremely responsive, she was always available to talk about conditions and options. She was quick with response and turn around time on information required. She worked seamlessly across all aspects of the process and was there to walk the new property for punch list, tape in had doing punch list along with contractor and myself. Very pleasant, friendly and all while maintaining a professional approach. We had coffee prior to going to closing because she spent the time making sure i was comfortable as the buyer with the process at all times. Above and Beyond a typical realtor, she was my advocate and friend all the way. Thank You!

I had a great experience selling my home with Smart Choice Realty. I followed all the recommendations Samara and Jo Ann made prior to listing and had multiple offers above asking in less than a week. The photos taken of the home were fantastic and they held an open house. I really didn't see any major difference between them and a traditional real estate company except course my fees were less and I saved money. On a side note, we also sold a home in Fayetteville, NC a year ago by using a real estate agent Samara recommended. Prior to her recommendation we had that house on the market a year and a half with another agent and no offers. So I give her a little credit with that one too!

We highly recommend Smart Choice Realty for future selling of your real estate property. We had a very good experience working with the Smart Choice team to sell our house in North Raleigh. They were very professional and we liked the speed at which any questions we had were answered. Jo Ann provided excellent guidance and recommendations on how to get our house in the best shape before listing. We also really liked the electronic notifications we received for showings and inspections. We put our house on the market in mid-December and had an offer within a month which is great considering the time of year to sell a house. Once we had a contract Mel, with the closing team, made sure everything was on track and we had a very smooth closing. We saved more than $14,500 in agent commissions by listing with Smart Choice compared to the average going rate for realtor listing fees.
