Samir was by far the best agent I ever had to deal with. He went above and beyond. I live in NY and he is in Texas ( location where I bought the house). He found me an investment property and tenant. In between finding the tenant he will go to the house and check on it from time to time. He even found me a landscaper and fixed the sprinkler system himself. I cannot recommend a better person.

Samir is an excellent realtor, patient, friendly, and he was always on my side working for what’s best for us. He recommended a couple of inspectors before closing and walked me through the process of closing, he was always with us when we met the builder during the construction phases providing us with tips during the buying, and later after moving, I closed with him, and I recommend him to friends and to anyone in the housing market. I had a positive experience, very professional.

Samir is attentive, knowledgeable, professional and all around very capable and competent in his market, in which he has years of experience. He watched out for us during an out of town purchase in a difficult seller’s market, and was able to steer us towards the best house for our needs, gently convincing us to let go of houses that were the wrong ones for us, without us knowing much about the local market as out of town buyers. We are fully and completely satisfied with our new home. Samir not only was very present during the buying process, but continued to offer support to us after the sale when it was needed. I highly recommend Samir as an agent. He is also very responsive and will give the time you need to absorb the facts of the market and make your decisions. There is nothing but good that comes to mind when it comes to working with Samir. He simply excellent at his job, and an overall very good person to deal with.

My husband and I are first-time home buyers, Samir was the best at helping us all along the way. Buying a home can be kinda scary but he made our home buying experience a great one for the books. In this day and age where the housing market is crazy, you can feel defeated but Samir made it happen so we could get a home. If you are in the market looking for someone who is knowledgeable and compassionate look no further he is your guy! Thank you, Samir, for everything we are forever grateful!

Samir is very professional and has a good understanding of the market. He did an excellent job with the open houses. I would definitely recommend him.
