Sandra helped us to simultaneously sell a home and buy a new home. Her market knowledge, communication, responsiveness, and negotiation skills are excellent. If or when the time comes to sell our home or to buy a new one I won't hesitate to work with Sandra again.

Sandra was our realtor when we purchased our build-ready lot in Monmouth in 2015 and she did a great job for us. We built a beautiful home on the property and loved the location. We were so happy with her professional knowledge and local expertise during our first transaction that we chose to utilize her services again in 2019 when we sold the property. Even in a tight market, we ended up with multiple offers and a good sale price. Way to Go Sandra!

We have now worked with Sandra twice to buy a home and once to sell (while buying our second home). She put in so much work and time in for us both times to ensure everything was taken care of and helped negotiate fairly with the other parties. When selling our first home, she went above and beyond to help us list and sell quickly and find local businessess to help with the needed repairs on the home after the inspection on the home we were selling. I trust her 100% would not use any other realtor in the future.

I would highly recommend Sandra. She helped us both buy and sell our house. She was amazing to work with and went above and beyond all of the time. She even picked me up at the airport when I needed to come back and help my mother move. You can't go wrong with Sandra.
