Sandy was on point. The house was previously listed for 6 months with an agent that wanted to reduce price over and over and accept every low ball offer. Sandy was a breathe of fresh air. She helped list the property beautifully and had it under contract within 3 days, and it was a holiday weekend!?!?! She got me a great price super quick. I will definitely use her again in the future.

Once Sandra has signed contract, she no longer has any use for you. She does not return phone calls, texts, or emails. Be super careful, and don't let her schedule any inspections or repairs. She doesn't know the difference between a VISUAL inspection of the septic system and completely digging up said system. Additionally, she will recommend un-licensed contractors.

I really couldn't imagine working with anyone else when buying our house. Sandy was absolutely AMAZING. I know I put her through the ringer with all of our complications, but she was always there when I needed her and I can't begin to explain how much I appreciate her. Thank you Sandy for helping find our perfect house and all of the crazy hard work that you did for us!!! Best realtor hands down ??

Sandy took several short cuts because of my situation. I am 81, newly into an assisted living facility. She helped me in many ways and I appreciated all her efforts.
