Katelyn was an amazing agent to work with! She was able to find listings that aligned with what we were looking for and found our home after one day of tours. Katelyn was super responsive throughout the entire process to answer any questions. She was able to negotiate the price of our home to well within our budget even though Lafayette housing can be competitive at times. Would definitely work with her again in the future.

Katelyn was amazing assisting with helping my parents find their forever home in a market that is crazy competitive. She helped negotiate pricing and gave some great advice. Also as my parents are older Katelyn was patient with them and also understanding that I was often involved with process. She was amazing!

Katelyn is a very personable realtor. She was always on top of things. Katelyn understood exactly what it was we were looking for, and didn't waste our time on properties that didn't meet our criteria.
