I don't know what we would have done without Sara helping us buy our home. We had to deal with a difficult relocation rep from the state, and she is the one who got through to him and got the transaction done. Besides being knowledgable, well-organized, ethical and competent, she was emotionally supportive during this stressful process. Sara is the best!

Well, where do I start? Our house journey had ups and downs. We thought we knew what we wanted, but slowly changed what we were looking for. Being first time home buyers, we knew absolutely nothing about buying a house and we were really wary about the whole process, and about realtors/brokers in general. We are also really particular people, probably really difficult to please. I could say now, if you are worried about being pressured into something you may not like or if you are worried about making the wrong decision, you should choose Sara!!!! She is unbelievable! Sara is literally always there for you, she goes above and beyond to support you every step of the way. Sara is really knowledgeable and all the seller’s agents loved her immediately. Also, she is an extraordinary listener. I am not sure how, but she remembers everything you tell her, even down to the smallest details. She cares for her clients in a genuine way, and that is rare to find these days. Although I have no regrets and I am over the moon for the home Sara helped us acquire, there were many occasions where we did not listen to her and we went with what we thought was right, and we lost some opportunities. Even though Sara was always right the whole time, she was really patient and non judgmental with us. I would really encourage you to not only choose Sara, but to trust her! You won’t believe how fast Sara becomes part of the family, we really miss her a lot. She made finding a house a memorable experience. We are going to always treasure the memories we have created with her. My advice to you would be to trust Sara and trust the process and be patient.

I initially contacted Sara looking for help with rentals. I was impressed that not only did she pick up the phone on the first ring, but she was willing to spend a lot of time talking with me about both the rental and the buying market place. We decided to pursue purchasing a house and Sara was amazingly helpful and incredibly responsive. In this market we thought it was rare and special to find someone who we could reach at a moments notice with questions, listings of interest, or problems. We met Sara on a Friday and 10 days later put in an offer which was accepted, in large part due to her negotiation skills and personal touch dealing with the other agent. Although our 21 day escrow stretched to 26 days, Sara was calm and unflappable as we worked through some financing challenges. Her coordinating skills between title, finance, and the sellers was excellent. She was even helpful enough to loan her husband to help us move a large piece of furniture in when we received the keys. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Sara again and can’t recommend her highly enough.

It was such a pleasure to work with Sara as our realtor! This was not only our first home, it was also our first time looking in Sacramento and her local knowledge, honest take on houses and the market was so helpful. She really made it all come together seamlessly! I highly recommend Sara to anyone looking in the region. She took great care with all our family needs.

My wife and I decided to enter the crazy Sacramento Housing market and we knew we needed a good team to get us through it. We were introduced to Sara and immediately knew we found the agent for us. From the beginning Sara was exceptionally responsive, explained every step along the way, and described the entire process to us from start to finish. Sara was very quick to get us showings for the various houses we wanted to tour, and during the tours Sara worked to point out everything about a home, from the good and to the bad. Sara's critique allowed us to become more picky with our house choices and avoid compromises. We eventually found a house we love, within budget, and with Sara's help we landed an offer with our FHA loan and are happy first time home owners. Sara works hard to respond by Phone and Text, and was available at the really odd times we had questions. Sara also continues to check in every once in a while post purchase, and has provided us with some great post-purchase recommendations and ideas. Sara really knows the Sacramento market, and shows a full understanding on how to close a home with fierce competition. She researched each property and owner and moved quickly, which no doubt helped us get the home we wanted. If we ever find the need to move again, Sara will be the first one we call!
