To successfully sell and buy a home at the same time requires a very experienced and professional Realtor. Sara was my Real estate listing agent and sold my Sherman Oaks south of the Blvd. home. She also represented me as my buyer's agent for the purchase of my new home. During the sale, Sara was there for all of the inspections and appraisal appointments. Also, even with limited inventory she was able to help me secure a new home. Sara was always available to answer any questions and provided guidance throughout the buy and sell process. I highly recommend Sara and would not hesitate to hire her to help buy or sell any homes.

I already own a home in Woodland Hills and want to buy a second home in Sherman Oaks. I came across Sara online and saw that she is a Realtor in Sherman Oaks with good reviews. As someone who already owns a home, including rental properties, I am thoroughly impressed with Miss Mehrpouyan. So far, we have seen a few homes for sale. She is extremely patient and listens when I give her my feedback. With Sara as my real estate agent, I am sure to find the right home very soon. I highly recommend her.

Sara's ability to apply her experience to my personal case made the sell an A+ success. I'll be forever grateful for her leadership. Her drive is through the roof too. 1)Quick to understand my goals and make them jive with the reality of the market 2)One call a day minimum to make sure I was updated and that any of my questions were answered 3)One heck of a negotiator 4)Kept the buyers' side accountable and on their toes to meet the deadlines 5)Always made sure that I was happy with every decision being made before proceeding Simpy put, I could not have had a better agent. We worked with Sara when we were selling our condo and the experience was just amazing. She truly was an advocate for her clients and was able to negotiate the best deal on our behalf. Throughout the entire process she was very knowledgeable, accommodating and pretty much held our hand until the very end. Needless to say that when we were ready to purchase our home we did not think twice and contacted Sara again. And she did not disappoint. The seller had a very difficult broker representing them, but Sara was able to work with him and get us the best deal while maintaining her professional demeanor. Moreover, way after the deal was done, whenever we had any questions, whether it was about some paperwork, or zoning, or whatever else, we just texted Sara. She always responded within minutes and, either had an answer for us, or was able to direct us to the right place to get the answer. Both times we felt that Sara had not her commission, but OUR best interest in mind. We are extremely happy with Sara, and should we decide to sell or buy again, we will just text her!!!
