Sara Sheehan was the Buyer Agent who helped my son purchase his first home, a little more than a year ago. In a Seller's Market at the time, Sara performed near miracles for him, that other realtors probably would not even have bothered to ask for. She was outstanding. Today my son's house sold. And Sara was the Listing Agent. It's even more of a Seller's Market now. Nonetheless the special circumstances surrounding the sale of my son's home were nerve-wracking. But thanks to Sara's eternally calm demeanor and her expertise, she kept reassuring us that everything would work out and she was absolutely right. It could not have gone any smoother. She went out of her way to help us several times and she could not have been more responsive . We are sincerely grateful to Sara and would highly recommend her to either a Buyer or Seller.

Sara helped us in purchasing a home in 2014 and selling a rental property in 2016. In both cases she provided expertise to guide us through the process and helped negotiate a fair deal. Sara always keeps you in the loop and is quick to respond to any questions that may arise. I have recommended Sara to friends and family and will continue to do so, she is great!!!

Sara helped us find a second home in central New Hampshire. She quickly understood what we were looking for and was very helpful in evaluating the listings prior to us driving up from Connecticut to look at them. We had not bought a house since 1979. So it was somewhat of a new experience for us. Sara was very helpful in the negotiation and closing phases. We would recommend her to anyone. Jim and Pamela Boice

Sara Sheehan was a perfect fit for us. As we were new to the area and first-time home buyers at the time, Sara understood that we were not the typical client and needed attention and guidance throughout the whole process. We appreciated her professionalism, flexibility, and modest approach. We depended on her expertise when we proposed a bid for two houses as well as her local recommendations for inspectors, contractors, agencies, etc. Sara was critical to facilitating between the different parties to close on our house. A year and a half later, we are still happy with our purchase. In conclusion, we would definitely recommend Sara to family or friends and would definitely ask her to assist us again with future home sales or purchases.

We established a relationship with Sara and spent a few months looking at properties, eventually leading to a successful purchase. We were new to the area and did not know any local realtors. Sara was always available to take our calls and work showings around our schedule. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. We would highly recommend her!
