Sarah sold our house and helped us find a new one. I talked to several agents prior to speaking with Sarah and settled on her because when she came to talk about the sale of our property she had already done her homework and was able to answer all of my questions immediately. I had a lot of confidence in her immediately. She advised me the things that I needed to do to make the sale happen, which I followed and was very successful as a result. During the whole process she stayed on top of all the requirements, recordings, inspections, and documents that we needed to have and schedule and was very efficient and professional in everything that she handled. I would use her again without any questions. She is an excellent agent.
