I can't say enough good things about Sarah. I would never have gotten through the sale of my house without her. She was with me every step of the way and gave me excellent advice on what repairs and upgrades to make to get the maximum benefit. She helped me find vendors who were reputable and could complete the work in a timely manner. She always responded quickly to my questions and concerns and kept me informed regarding the progress of the sale. I would definitely use her again should the need arise and would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling real estate.

Sarah was amazing to work with! She listened to everything we wanted in a home and helped guide us to areas that had the right mix of what we were looking for. We never thought we would be able to get the combination of location, price and quality of home, but Sarah made it happen. We got more than we could have asked for!!! As first time homebuyers, Sarah helped us through all aspects of the home buying process and gave us the peace of mind we were making a great decision. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, ask questions on our behalf and be present with us through the entire process. We can't wait to continue working with her in the future!

Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with! She got us our dream house in an incredibly competitive market. She came in with the perfect offer - the seller even mentioned to us that Sarah's great communication skills helped to secure our home. Sarah was also very patient with two indecisive first time home buyers navigating a fast paced market. Sarah was able to help us figure out exactly what we were looking for in a house and we are so happy ?? Sarah also provided guidance to help us through the home buying process. 100% would recommend.

We loved Sarah. She understood what we asked for but also what we weren't asking for! She read between the lines and knew what would make us happy almost more than we did ourselves Sarah encouraged us to see so many houses and was there to go with us to each and every one. There were times either my fiance or could not make it to a listing but Sarah ensured she was there for every opportunity.
