I recently worked with Sarah McGarry in February/March of 2021 to sell my home and I couldn't have been more pleased! I received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Sarah’s incredible work. Sarah brought in a remarkable photographer to showcase my home online. She created a full 3D walkthrough, which created much more foot and digital traffic and brought in serious buyers. Her marketing is top-notch and can't be beaten! With the difficulties that COVID has brought to the market, she has adapted and created a process that allowed my house to reach the broadest market possible. ? After we finally accepted an offer, which was way over asking, she was always there anytime to answer my questions. I needed some work, including a roof, some plumbing and electrical. She was able to recommend some of the best people in those trades who made sure the work was complete on time and the house was ready on schedule. I don’t know anyone who works as hard, is as passionate and reassuring as this realtor and her Transaction Coordinator, Cami. My house closed on time with zero stress from me. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Sarah. I had a previous realtor that wouldn’t even let me look at houses, and honestly I had lost hope in our home buying chances. I was stressed about how short of time we had to find a house, and then Sarah reached out to me and assured me she could get it done. She took initiative, answered all my questions, she was on top of every detail and super responsive. She even connected me with the most amazing lender who went above and beyond for us, and got us pre approved. From the day I first spoke to her, to the date we closed, WAS A MONTH. It honestly still doesn’t feel real, and it’s all because of her. To say she is an amazing realtor and person is an understatement. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

She was very forward and helpful. She answered all our questions or got answers. She worked with my schedule and never made me feel like I was wasting her time.

Sarah was always there when we needed her or had any questions. No matter what the time it was. She answered questions very promptly. She was always in contact with us through out this whole process in purchasing land. She found us exactly what we were looking for.
