After searching Zillow for houses in Central Florida I connected with Sarah and started looking at properties. We were moving across country and Sarah was extremely helpful with doing virtual home tours which helped immensely in our decision making process being so far away from the location we were looking to move to. Once we were in process of purchasing the home, Sarah was a great resource and extremely helpful in getting different contractors and inspections done for us. My husband and I met Sarah virtually, and completely by chance as we were house hunting in Florida from New York. When you are going to open houses and private viewings virtually, the person on the other end of the phone needs to be completely trustworthy to give you an honest take on the property you are viewing. From the very first house, Sarah was open, honest and true about the houses that we saw, and completely gained our trust. My husband and I were confident that Sarah would find us our dream Florida house! We saw several properties over the course of 3 months, and Sarah never hesitated to set up appointments, answer any questions that we had, and share useful tips on the Florida housing market. After a few viewings, she knew what we were looking for in a house and as soon as she walked in to a house that we set up an appointment for, she instantly knew what we would like and key things that a property might not have had that we really wanted. Sarah communicates so well with her clients, and that was extremely important for us since we could not be there in person. When it came time to put in offers, she coached us through the entire process, and did a lot of research on comps so that when we put an offer in, we were doing so based on what the house was worth, not what the market was demanding. If it were not for Sarah, we would not be holding the keys to our dream home in Florida in our hands! If you are looking for a home in Florida, Sarah is the best one out there for you!

We are so thankful that our family had come across Sarah to assist us in this adventure of purchasing our FL home. Her transparency, persistence and kindness went a long way and I truly don’t believe we would have found our dream home without her. I truly can't say enough good things about my experience working with Sarah on my recent home purchase. Sarah spent countless hours helping us to close the deal and did so with kindness, care, and a positive attitude. At no time during the process was she pushy or aggressive, and I felt at ease knowing she had our best interest in mind. Aside from her warm and friendly personality, Sarah is also incredibly knowledgeable. While working with her, you can tell that she is a seasoned pro. Also, important to note, is that Sarah is super responsive and always made herself available when we needed her. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to working with Sarah again in the future.

Sarah was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and a joy to work with. As a first time buyer she took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know and help me find the home I was looking for. I would absolutely recommend Sarah for your house hunting needs.
