Excellent! Anne Lise kept us focused on our home requirements while staying within our price targets. Even with low inventory and temptations to just settle, she encouraged us to hold off until we found the house we were looking for. Thankfully we listened! Also, it's incredible impressive how well she knows the local market and her ability to use this knowledge to negotiate our offer during the bidding process. We highly recommend her!

Anne-Lise did a great job listening to what we wanted in a home. She was upfront about what would be difficult to find and patient as we toured various homes to get a feel for what we liked. When we were first talking to realtors, she gave the most in-depth view of the housing market and the home-buying process of anyone we talked to. Her detailed, data-driven approach worked well with our home-buying style, giving us confidence in our decisions. For every home we were thinking of putting in an offer, she gave us a thorough report of nearby comparable houses, both on the market and recently purchased. She found us the right home and helped us put in a competitive offer!

Anne-Lise was fantastic to work with! We had a fairly wide geographic search window, and some quirky wish list itemss that she was able to keep in mind while always keeping us grounded in the reality of what was available and reasonable. And she was quick to respond and secure time slots around our crazy family schedule to see a ton of houses that helped us be 150% sure that when we found our dream house we were confident and prepared to get after it. And her tenacity and savvy and all around awesomeness won us the deal.
