Prior to our initial meeting Sarainah was fully prepared. She had comps available for us to review and had done all the preparatory work we needed to make a decision to work with her. It was a unanimous decision to have her work with us. I had a renter coming in that I had agreed to before we listed. Sarinah was able to schedule an open house before my renter appeared and home was sold in two hours. We then had to have inspectors and appraisers come in and the process could not have been more respectful. As I am a remote owner and live in another state it is not easy to find repair people for the few things that have to be addressed. She came through with flying colors and satisfied all repairs needed. I had issues with the county that needed to be addressed. She referred me to the right folks to get things straightened out perfectly. I am usually a do it yourself person but that was not possible here. She was even the best hand holder when things felt tight I will honestly say she made it all work as smoothly as possible with the best outcome.

Very knowledgeable of the local market and knows her way around. Responsive to our questions and requests to see houses. Was with us all the way through to buying process. Mortgage acquisition, and closing. Couldn't of asked for anything more. We will be referring her to others moving to the area.

Sarinah was amazing to work with. We sold our old home and bought a new home and she made the process seamless. We were able to get pre-approved extremely quickly through the lender she recommended and put in an offer the same day we looked at our new home which was important to us especially in this competitive market. After putting in an offer on the new home Sarinah was quick to schedule showings and get our old home ready to be out on the market and she got us top dollar for our old home after only being on the market for 2 days. When any issues came up Sarinah was on top of it and communicated with the necessary parties to get it resolved. She also helped negotiate some small repairs and fixes on our new home that saved us time and money. Would 10/10 recommend using Sarinah for your home buying or selling process

Sarinah was very helpful throughout the home purchase process. My wife and I initially had barely any idea about what to expect as a home buyer plus home owner so she educated us on different matters. She was also very patient as we changed our thoughts, such as our budget, from buying a pre-owned home to a new build. She looked for different communities and homes that could match our needs, provided tours and continued to educate us. Once we have decided to pursue our current new developing community, Sarinah also tried to go to as many appointments as possible when she didn't have to for some of those. We really appreciate the insights from Sarinah and her effort in communicating between us and the builders. Thanks a lot Sarinah!
