Sascha was recommended by our realtor in Indiana to help with the buying transaction of our home in Florida. I could tell quickly from our initial conversation that she was sharp and a professional in her field. She was knowledgeable of the Central Florida region, responded promptly to texts and emails, and was thinking ahead throughout the process leading us well and comfortably which ultimately was a big life change for us moving cross-country. Looking back, I realize more and more how much had to go right for the cross country move to be as successful as it was, and Sascha was a big part of that. In the beginning of the home process Sascha helped us narrow down our location for purchasing our Florida home. Sascha was able to get the deal done on a relatively tricky sale. I appreciate all her efforts in getting us our Florida house.

Ms. Davis is exceptional in every way. She is always knowledgeable and energetic. From the beginning she asked us our preferences, lifestyle and locations preferred. Ms. Davis used this information to find the right home for our family. While showing our family all the homes we were interested in, she pointed out different options we were looking for that would fill our needs always keeping them in our price range. After deciding on the home, Ms. Davis immediately put together a contract, negotiating so much in our behalf. She explained she always did the things she would want if she were looking to purchase a home again. I would highly recommend Ms. Davis since she went above and beyond all our expectations. Ms. Davis continued to be there for us after our contract was complete making sure we had everything in place to enjoy our life in our new home.
