Scott is very passionate about real estate and his knowledge is way above the average. Touring houses with Scott has been entertainment in itself, but he is also very honest about the entire inspection and buying process. He would tell me right away if a house was interesting and the kind of problems we could expect. I ended up not buying a house for several reasons, but I would never use any other agent in the future.

When I began my search for a Realtor that could help me with my Short sale, many Realtors did not have the expertise to help me. I ended up working with two separate agents who stated that they knew how to handle this complex transaction. After wasting valuable time with the two other agents, I realized that I was really at a loss with what to do. I found Scott through a referral and he instantly explained the very detailed Short sale process to me and how he and his team would proceed. He was accurate, timely, thorough and very experienced in the process. The transaction was seamless and quick.
