My wife and I are very happy that the paths of our lives did cross. We are know in the position to full fill our retirement dreams while others still waiting to sell there homes.

Scott did an excellent job coaching and showing us houses in what we could afford. He helped us detect such things as false or misleading number of rooms under air where people just converted a porch or garage into a room, but didn't add insulation or change windows. He observed obvious termite damage. We finally figured out that old houses and shacks asking 20000 k are not the way to go and so I took a mortgage and used some of the cash from my sale and got a beautiful house, in a planed community with a pool and club house for only 30k more. Scott even helped me get a VA loan fast and all of the inspections required very quickly. Scott knows the area from at least Rockledge where I first met him while looking, all the way to South Melbourne at least because that is where I bought.

Scott did an awesome job with the purchase of our house. He was always available, extremely responsive, and reassuring. He had us from showing to close in less than 30 days!

Working with scott as a blast.very friendly very knowledgeable and also vert quick.when scott gets house he waste no time doing what he has to do to make sure the house heys sold.everything he told me he was gonna do he did,plus more..im out of state so having scott was a blessing.i would recommend him to anybody trying to but a house in florida.he is relentless when it comes to selling home..thank you so very much scott for making this happen as fast as you said it would be.i believe you above your own standards and thats what i loved about dealing with.i hope to meet you day.i i owe you a texas steak dinner!much love my friend and thank you again
