I recently inherited a property in Crestview, FL and I needed a realtor that would go the extra mile with me to get it sold quickly. I found Scott and right from the start he made everything easy for me as I live several hours away from the property itself. The property needed to be cleaned out extensively and Scott found all of the right people to help get that done and negotiated the sale of the home while that was in process. Both he and his wife Lisa used their business relationship with a local roofer to replace the roof on the home as part of my obligation to the seller which really helped me out. Don't misunderstand, this was no easy job as the home had been heavily smoked in and was in need of deep clean once all the personal items had been cleared out. I believe that Scott got me top dollar for the home and I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone that is interested. His communication skills and responsiveness were second to none. If you are looking at buying or selling, give Scott a call before you choose your realtor as not all of them out there as easy to deal with as Scott is!!!

I had gone through a bad experience when I bought/sold my house in Texas, so I was very skeptical when buying a house here. I met with Lisa Gregory (the 2nd realtor I had looked at to hire) and explained to her what had happened in Texas. She immediately put all my worries to rest. Every step of the way Lisa was there to assist us; answering hundreds of questions. We saw a large variety of homes and this really helped us decide upon what we were really looking for in a home. Not only did Lisa Gregory help us find exactly what we were looking for in a home, but she also saved us A LOT of money. I would definitely use Scott Gregory and his team again and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Scott has been our agent when we both bought and sold our home in Gulf Breeze. He came highly recommended from a friend. We immediately felt comfortable working with him. A great professional and I still contact him to this day for information. A class act and a trusted professional.

Tabatha did a great job helping us search for the right home, took the time to answer all our questions, gave us helpful feedback as this was our first time purchasing a home. Tabatha was accessible at times that were convenient to us. Tabatha is great at what she does and I recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

As first time home buyers we were nervous but Tabatha was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was patient with us and made everything go so smoothly. She went above and beyond negotiating for us so that we got exactly what we wanted at what we could afford. We love our home but if the time ever comes to move again we won't be using any one else!
