Scott was highly recommended to us by our lender. We were out-of-state buyers and had to come to Texas for a long weekend to find and purchase a home. We only had that one weekend to find something, and Scott was well aware of this and had no problem with it. While Scott was accommodating by spending time with us on Friday-Sunday looking at homes, we didn’t feel that he took the urgency of having to find something during that time seriously. Prior to our trip, he promised that he had carved out his entire weekend for us, yet on Saturday and Sunday, he didn’t take us out until after noon on both days, leaving very little time to actually look at homes. Fast forward to the day before closing...we were on the road traveling from California with a moving truck, and he had to ask us when and where closing was the next day as he didn’t know, which seemed odd to us. Because we were traveling, we weren’t in Texas for the final walkthrough. Scott knew well in advance that we would not be there for final walkthrough and assured us that it wouldn’t be a problem for him to do it without us present. At 5pm the day before closing, he still had not done the final walkthrough, and without going into a lot of detail, we are fairly confident that he never did it. The next morning about two hours prior to closing, he informed us that he would not be at closing with us but was sending another realtor in his place. That was the last we heard from him. Not only did he not attend closing or bring us the keys to the home, he never checked in with us afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly and there were no problems. We felt that that was the least he could do and is what any good agent would do. We will find a different agent next time we need one and will never recommend Scott to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and get Scott at your realtor. You will not regret it. He is on top of everything and is very communicative from the very beginning. We wanted to purchase a home in Fort Worth and he provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed choice. He didn't try to sell us on every home and pointed out a lot of issues that we wouldn't have noticed in some of the homes that looked perfect. In the end, we couldn't be happier with our new home and would definitely go back to Scott if we were to look for another home.

Great to work with! Always there when you need him, even when he was on vacation. :) He is always in contact and stays up on everything! Great personality! Endless drive to help you find the right house !

Scott was absolutely amazing! We tried the home rental process by ourselves, my fiancé and I, last year and failed miserably. He was so knowledgeable and responded almost immediately to every email and text no matter what time day or night. He made us feel as if we were his only clients. He gave us a lot of knowledge and made sure that he beat us to every property and had the answer to any questions that we had in regards to the properties or the process. We will most definitely be soliciting his services when we look to buy our first home here in the next year or two.

My experience with Scott was awesome! This was the best experience with a real estate agent we have ever had. Scott is the hardest working agent. Scott will meet you whenever you are available, and find you what you are looking for. I would recommend him very highly! If you need a great agent, call Scott.
