Scott was a tremendous help in selling my mother’s house. I couldn’t have imagined having a better agent listing the house. I lived an hour away, and Scott made it easy and reduced the stress of selling a vacant home. He had excellent advice on pricing strategy based on his local knowledge of the market and broad expertise in real estate. He was always aware of deadlines that I had to meet and helped me make them. When I had questions, his answers came fast and with all the detail I needed to make decisions. He knew when to reject a poor offer and wait for a better one. He was very engaged in every detail of the property, right down to changing burned out light bulbs if needed. He is a great partner for a seller.

Mr Scott Paul represented me for several years renting a townhouse. During that time Mr. Paul made minor repairs in the the property during rental vacancies. When I decided to sell the property, Mr Paul had a number of contacts for me. I have never had a more knowledgeable agent.
