I received a call from Sean telling me my appraisal had come in lower than our asking price. Normally this would have been a big deal. I never heard back from Sean as he was able to negotiate with the buyers agent and buyers to get them to take a higher loan amount which in turn did not affect the sales price. This transaction closed on time and in a very short time (2 weeks). I was impressed with Sean's whole team starting with his brother Rustine who ran our open houses, to Rebecca who kept me apprised of all the feedback after every open house. The escrow team that Sean selected was on it and had us sign prior to closing as we were moving out of the country. This was by far the smoothest transaction I've ever experienced. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sean and his team. Thank you guys loving my new life in Puerto Vallarta Mexico.

My experience with Brandond has been nothing short of phenomenal. Sean was amazing. He brought a lot of industry and local knowledge, and seemed to know about the best properties immediately. Most importantly he took the time to - and was able to - get to know us, and then tailored his recommendations and advice for us at each stage in the process.
