Sergey did absolutely amazing. He made it very easy to understand what the paperwork was and what the next step was as a first time home buyer! He made it very quick to close and got me and my family exactly what we wanted! He was completely on top of things. I HIGHLY recommend using Sergey as your realtor!

Absolutely amazing experience! Literally could not have asked for a smoother, more transparent process. Sergey is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. He was always there to calm our anxiety and provide great advice as we navigated the buying process. Sergey would explain everything in great detail often eliminating the need for any follow up questions. My wife and I couldn't ask for a better realtor. Sergey was amazing to work with during our home purchase. He certainly dedicates his time and attention to helping you find the house you want. He is an expert at knowing the local community and knowing what drives the market. We had to out compete two other offers that were put on our house the day after it's open house. Because of Sergey's knowledge over the local market, he was able to guide us on providing a creative yet competitive offer for the house which was accepted. The house was taken off the market within one week of being listed! That's how hot and competitive the market in our area is and Sergey made it possible for us to get the home we were looking for.
