Working with Shane was wonderful. I began looking for a home in May of 2020 in the midst of COVID and the craziness of homebuying in that time. Shane was careful in analysis and supportive of my concerns. I put in multiple offers, but was outbid each time. Shane persisted with searching out appropriate homes and eventually I was able to complete the purchase in March of 2021. Shane was masterful in bringing to close the complicated sale of an estate property requiring ongoing negotiations with surviving children and their emotions in selling their family home. He went the extra mile to ensure the house closed on time.

Shane did an outstanding job helping me find the right house for me. I was referred to him by friends I have in the area and have thanked them repeatedly for connecting us. I was moving from out of state and he was incredibly flexible about my limited time to be in-state to look at houses. He was knowledgeable about the Piedmont area and once he knew what I was looking for, he was dedicated to finding me a house that had everything I was looking for. He guided me through closing on the house from out of state and then helped watch over the property between closing and my move-in date. An added bonus is that Shane is not only good at his job, but is a great person as well. I would highly recommend choosing him as your realtor!

Shane is the only real estate agent I’ve ever used. He made the process insanely easy. He was super patient even when my contract took months longer than expected. He updated me constantly and if I asked for an update- it didn’t take much time for him to respond. I trust him my family trust him that’s why he’s handled many of our real estate transactions.

My husband and I met Shane when we were selling a family home, he wasn't our relator! We were so impressed by him and how he helped to create a great experience for his buyer but for us as a seller too. We have recently used him to sell a piece of property that had been listed with 3 previous realtors. He took the time to help us through ensuring the property perked which can be a cumbersome process. He has made selling or buying property seamless and looks for opportunities to make it convenient for his customers. Without hesitation, I would recommend Shane to anyone who needs to buy or sell property. You will not be disappointed in his customer service mindset and getting the job done.

Shane sold my house for me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I especially appreciated his quick responses when I had a question. He did a great job and made the process as stress-free as possible.
