We were living in another state and decided to move back to LA. We contacted Shanna during the Thanksgiving holiday season and asked her to show us some houses. She was more than happy to help. She was great! She helped us sell our home. She worked so hard and went above and beyond to help us sell our home! She is very professional! Our house was under contract just shortly after we listed it. I would recommend her for sure because of her commitment to helping her clients. She stayed in contact with us throughout the process.

Shanna identified our needs, and showed us exactly what we requested. Even when the home was under another company, she obtained the keys in a very timely manner so we could view the properties we were interested in. She even walked us through the financing process-since we were first time homebuyers, it was important that she be there to explain the process, and the terms we were unfamiliar with. When discussing our offer on the home we chose, she was very informative-making sure we took all of our options into consideration.
