May have years of experience in real estate but customer service experience is low, almost overly pushed as fake. Can tell it's for the financial benefit and not yours. Everything seems great initially, but really ask those tough questions and process some time to see how she really works. The company is just horrible, unorganized, and constantly pushes things off to others or will hire third-parties/cheap contractors to do their work. The moment you get into any issues, good luck finding any communication or reputation from them. Hence why you rarely see any ratings/reviews from any other websites on these guys.

Shanna was very informative about the area. She also listened to what we were looking for. She clearly outlined the process and steps for us since this was our first purchase in another state. She followed up with our lender and saved us a lot of time. Shanna also obtained a list of contractors for our new build for warranty. Being new to the area, she was able to provide a list of various contractors and businesses for us. She was timely in all responses and available to meet us with short notice when needed.

My wife and I, California transplants to Wickerburg, AZ, retained Shanna to assist us in finding two homes in an area we idenified we wanted to live our new lives as I began my retirement. Shanna did an impeccable job in all aspects - the selection of initial homes to view, follow-up after I returned home empty handed, speedy submission of an offer when I found the ideal home, and driving a hard bargain in getting the seller to accept our offer. Then, she found the second home we wanted so our grandsons could live close to grandma and grandpa. The feather in her cap was she found one two houses away which was quite a feat given the competitive nature of the Wickenburg real estate market. Again, she helped submit a speedy offer so we were first in line with the seller and our offer was accepted. We were ecstatic! Now, both homes are ours and it's a dream come true! During the final week, there were closing hiccups but they did not delay our closings because Shanna was there every minute we needed her and she was persistent and relentless in seeing both homes close on the same day! Her job is done for the time being but the next time we need Wickenburg real estate or the surrounding area, there's no need to hunt for a real estate professional because we have one, and an excellent one at that, with Shanna Grossman. She's a 5-star real estate professional who I highly recommend.

Shanna listed our home on a Friday, we were under contract the following day! Excellent follow up and communication. Very quick response time, even in the evenings and on weekends/holidays. Shanna helped us purchase our dream lot to build our forever home in Wickenburg and we were so impressed that we also had her list our home in Peoria! It’s been an adventure to say the least!
