Sherri was so positive and reassuring during my entire home sale process. She arranged the home showings around my schedule. The home sold incredibly fast which help me accomplish my relocation out of state. Sherri knew my neighborhood and helped me price the home to sell. Perfect!

We purchased a short sale home and ran into issues with the selling bank. Sherrie & Michael went above and beyond by helping us deal with the selling bank. It took us about 4 months to get thru the process but even when I had given up they kept pushing the selling bank and finally we got the home of our dreams.<br/><br/>I would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sharon was very helpful in finding a home. While living in Indiana I was looking for a home in Florida. She would preview properties for me & describe the location & houses in the area, as well as distance to shopping. After the contract was signed, she watched over the property to ensure the grass was being cut. She answered all my question and was very patient and courteous. She did the walk thru with my daughter. When I came down I was very pleased with my house. I called Sharon for recommendations for a spetic and roofing company and she gave me names and I was pleased with the service I received. Excellent agent who makes buying a new home a pleasant experience.

We live in Ohio and wanted to purchase property in Florida. Sherrie and Mike were great. We provided them with the area we were interested in, our budget,and our time line and they were off and running. When we arrived in Florida they met us with 15 properties ready for us to view. We found our home and were signed, sealed, and delivered very quickly. Everything was handled so efficiently and professionally we would highly recommend them!! TERESA ALBARELLA IS ONE KIND OF AGENT THAT YOU WILL GET IN ONE'S LIFTIME ONLY. SHE HELPED US BUY A HOUSE AND WE WERE DISAPPOINTED SO MANY TIMES AND SHE NEVER NEVER GAVE UP. WE HAVE BOUGHT NEW HOMES FOR THE PAST 40 YEARS AND THIS WAS A REALLY TRYING TIME FOR THIS HOME. I PICKED HER OUT OF ABOUT 20 AGENTS IN HER OFFICE BECAUSE OF WHAT SHE SAID AND DID IN THE PAST. WE CERTAINLY WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED WHEN SHE SHOWED UP AND INTRODUCED HERSELF. SHE IS ONE DOWN TO EARTH LADY. SHE ALSO DOES NOT GO AWAY AFTER THE SALE, SHE CHECKS UP ON YOU TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS STILL OK. GO GIRL!!!
