It is so hard to find the words to explain how amazing Sharyn was in helping me on the journey to purchasing my first home. She worked with members of my family in the past (for buying and selling) and from their experiences I was excited to be next to work with her. She is basically family at this point! She cared so much throughout the whole process from her house recommendations she sent to being quick to schedule showings to houses I brought up to her. With this current market we are in speed and knowledge are both key, and Sharyn is the embodiment of these characteristics...and so much more! She's very responsive to emails, texts, and calls which was a saving grace for me with my demanding work schedule. Also, with this being my first home she made sure to take the time to educate me on the process of everything. And when I FINALLY got an accepted offer she felt just as invested in that celebration because she cares so much. Then from there her magic REALLY showed from providing detailed next steps and reminding me of crucial deadlines and keeping me in the loop on things she was working on in regards to the sellers. My family and I will always continue to work with and recommend Sharyn for all of our real estate needs because when you find someone as special as her there's no reason to look elsewhere.

Sharyn Soliman is a top-tier real estate professional. She effortlessly guided both of my daughters through significant purchases/sales in 2022 and 2023, showcasing her expertise. Having already wowed me with the sale of my home back in February 2020, with 23 offers (16 over asking), I knew she would be the perfect agent for my girls'. Sharyn was awesome to work with! She knew exactly what we needed to do. Her knowledge in real estate was spot on. which was very helpful since we live in another state. Traveling back and forth across the state would have been a nightmare. She totally understood that. We requested a quick sale to minimize carrying costs, and she delivered. We trusted her judgment to market our duplex as effectively as possible, and we received a full-price offer literally one day after it was listed. She helped us navigate issues toward any remote-closing process. Sharyn was very responsive with keeping us in the loop. Furthermore, we got a quick sale and closing at the price Sharyn negotiated. Sharyn was just terrific to work with! We were on the same page from Day 1 in getting our condo ready to list, which was very helpful since we live a good distance away from the property and were not keen on traveling back and forth across the state. She totally understood that, as non-residents, we wanted a quick sale to minimize carrying costs, but did not pressure us in any way to do anything against our judgment. We worked seamlessly together to market the condo as effectively as possible, and we received a full-price offer literally one day after it was listed. She helped us navigate the sometimes awkward remote-closing process, and was very responsive when it came to keeping us in the loop. The bottom line is that we got a quick sale and closing at the price we asked, and Sharyn went above and beyond to make it as stress-free as possible. She is a total pro!

Sharyn is a great agent! She is very aggressive and persistent to negotiate and get the deal done. I purchased a property from her and told her I wanted the neighboring property and closed on both deals last month. Highly recommended and professional.
