We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Shawn Shackelton in our recent move from Chicago to Scottsdale. Shawn took the time to get to know our real estate needs and educate us on the Scottsdale neighborhoods. She promptly answered our questions and returned calls quickly. Shawn has worked in this market for many years and was able to give us the background on different neighborhoods and builders which was invaluable. She knew many of the floor plans before touring homes which helped us sort out the homes that would/wouldn’t work for our needs. Shawn willingly scheduled video tours when we were in Chicago and was extremely responsive to our showing requests when we arrived in Scottsdale. Above all, Shawn was incredibly honest. We were ready to compromise on several houses and she convinced us to hang in there because the right house was going to come along. You just don’t find people like this in real estate these days and we feel fortunate we found Shawn. She is an incredibly smart agent who knows the Scottsdale market and cares that her clients find the right home for their needs.

We met Shawn through Zillow since we are not local to the area. She was nothing but helpful, knowledgeable and hard working! We were looking for an investment property in the Phoenix area and Shawn quickly understood what we were trying to do. After a couple offers and losing out, she helped broaden our search so we could get exactly what we were looking for. Even after I left town, she continued to work with my son and together they found the perfect home. It literally took 2 months from start of search to close. Thanks Shawn for being available at all hours and helping us make the right decision...your hard work is so appreciated.

We loved our experience working with Shawn. She was patient and accommodating to the many open houses and showings that we asked to see. As we were from out of town, she gave us many insider tips into the different neighborhoods that we looked at. She was very knowledgable of the Scottsdale area and went out of her way to make sure we found the house that was the perfect fit. Matt provided incredible support throughout the home buying experience. He not only had an in-depth knowledge of the Phoenix area but also a masterful level of knowledge regarding the home buying process.
