Shawna staged our home and it looked wonderful! She always responded to texts within minutes! The only reason we didn’t sell in the first month was due to our HOA which Shawna had no control over.

Shawna was very thorough with explanation of the market, reviewed all aspects of our options to sell our home. She went above and beyond to assist us finding help to fix the various items with our home. The attention to detail in the staging and end result displayed a home that was very easy to sell. After listing we promptly received an offer within 3 days and we were on our way to selling our home.

Shawna is one of, if not the best. She answered every question we had promptly. Handled all of the curve balls thrown at her from the selling realtor perfectly! Regardless of your needs big or small she makes sure to stay on it! My husband and I are both truck drivers so we work crazy hours and she didn't hesitate to communicate with us in the way that was best for us that day. She truly goes above and beyond in EVERY situation.

Shawna did amazing on finding us the perfect home. She was attentive and wonderful to work with. She helped us with everything involved in the process. She knew the area well and had lots of contacts. I would recommend her to anyone!
