Shawnett is very personable, makes honest evaluation of the property, knows contacts that are honest potential buyers of the property. She was able to find a buyer of property that was in total disrepair. She is very personable in assisting dwellers to relocate. I give her the highest rating of any realators with whom I have had contact.

In 2021, I worked with Grant to sell my house during my divorce and purchase a new house. As a first-time homebuyer, I was very nervous to start the process, especially with the market being so volatile. From the sale of my first home to the closing of my current house, Grant was with me every step of the way, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have had him as my agent. Not only he is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and trends, but he is very thorough on details that many agents may miss during a walkthrough. He would give his honest opinion on whether the property would be a good purchase or cause me issues in the future, which shows that he has a lot of integrity and isn’t in the business solely for the commission. Grant went above and beyond to help me close on time and didn’t stop working until the deal was done. I would 1000% recommend Grant as a realtor. He is an absolute stand-up guy.

Shawnett sold our house for far more than we thought we would get and at the same time helped us find our forever home that we couldn’t love more!! She’s more than just our realtor she became our friend during this process and we are so grateful for her!!!

Shawnett has a lot of knowledge about the local market and was able to find me a great deal and home during a time when the market was out of control. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home, whether it be first time home buyers or seasoned vets.
