Shayla is excellent. We had to sell a home remotely after a family member became ill and had to move. Selling a home from across the country is immensely complicated, but Shayla and her team made the entire process smooth and seamless. Highly recommend!

We were in Illinois and looking on line at a home in Sarasota that happened to be listed by Shayla. She and her assistant Shaela were so helpful that we continued to use them for our hunt. They were responsive and fast which helped us get the house we wanted. Shayla offered good advice on pricing and negotiation. Shaela was on top of every detail and all the paperwork, which we appreciated as we weren't familiar with the FL purchasing process. We actually put in an offer and signed a contract without seeing our home in person. We did a video walk through with Shayla showing us the home and describing it in detail. Definitely would recommend this duo.

Chris has been an exceptional agent to work with, and made the process of buying my first home pleasurable. He took the time to explain all the details of how the process works from viewing homes, to making an offer, negotiating and closing. As an international buyer, I felt at ease with Chris and his excellent knowledge of the Sarasota real estate market. He was exceptionally responsive, super quick to get back to me with all the little questions that I had, worked late into the evenings sometimes so as to make sure that my offer was revived by the seller as quickly as possible, and advised me on how best to proceed once we got into negotiations. I felt that Chris was not out to make a quick buck, but rather genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I wanted, taking the time to curate homes for me, and to show me as many as I wanted to see. I highly recommend him to any buyer/seller in the Sarasota market, and would gladly use his services again. Shayla and her experienced team do it all. They are networked into the community here locally and nothing is more important than being able to pick up the phone and connect buyers and sellers. When there was a showing, and the alarm was malfunctioning, who hashed it out on the spot with the alarm company and made sure the showing went well, Shayla did. The technology is superior, Docusign and paperless contracts make changes a breeze, I did almost everything from my phone. Do not rely on a part time Realtor who does 2 closings a year. Go with a pro who is young, hungry, and knows the ropes of the industry.
