We have been searching for a house for months and when we sought out Mariah Jones and The Shayna Goodson Team - Oxford Property Group for help in finding a house everything started to take place. The dedication and positivity were fantastic. It wasn't easy but we finally are pending on our first time buyers house and the closing is in the near future. We are truly excited and couldn't thank Mariah enough for everything. She has walked us through every step and I would definitely recommend this team

Mariah is absolutely amazing to work with! I cant thank her enough for going above and beyond during this entire process. Mariah was able to use her resources to find a reputable contractor to fix my homes issue. Mariah handled every aspect of my experience with professionalism, honesty and patience. Without her I truly do not believe I would have successfully sold my home. I personally will never use another realtor for my buying or selling needs. I can not say enough great things about Shayna! From the second we met her to the closing of our home, she was nothing short of wonderful. She curated a great list of homes, was on time for each showing, and was very knowledgeable about structural codes. The house we fell in love with was not on the market yet, but she identified the property for us and stuck with us the entire time making our dream a reality.
