Sheila is a professional to the highest standard. She helped me navigate the sell of my property from afar, which is an incredibly tricky thing to do. Not only is she an expert on the area and the market, she is connected to a network of highly skilled professionals that can be called upon when a property market ready. Sheila liaised with nothing short of a team of people to ensure when we listed to the market, we are completely ready to go. Through her diligence, not only was I confident my place in tip top shape to receive the best price possible, I also felt confident in what the new owners were taking on. Inevitably hiccups can arise throughout a complex process like selling a property, but Sheila filtered and solved many things before they ever got to me. The closing process is the most technically confusing aspect of a sale, but Sheila talked me through the process and each line item making sure that I understood. Her experience and knowledge made me trust and feel at ease. I can't sing enough praises for Sheila!!!

Shelia is a most professional agent I have ever worked with. She has now helped us with three houses and is working on the fourth. She is aggressively representing our interest, and her listings are far more impressive than we could have expected. She keeps us informed about viewings and is knowledgeable in every aspect of the Real Estate Market. I would HIGHLY recommend her to Everyone who is in the market to Buy or Sell.

Sheila was wonderful, she took over when my first realtor was unable to meet my needs. Sheila gained my trust very quickly and was able to show me the houses I wanted to see, not what the realtor thought I should see according to her own tastes. It was extremely difficult dealing with the owner and realtor of the house I ultimately bought but Sheila persisted and got me exactly where I wanted to be! I love the home I'm in and can not see myself living anywhere else and all of it was only possible due to Sheila's professionalism and persistence! I cannot thank her or recommend her strongly enough.

I have bought and sold ALL of my houses with her. She is such a pleasure to work with. She is quick to respond to ALL of my silly requests and questions and has a vast knowledge of locations and competition and how to make the deal happen !!! I think I will always trust her for my home buying needs! 100/10 would recommend!
