Sheila was invaluable with the home buying process. She was always available to help and walked us through several houses virtually as well. This was our first time buying in North Carolina, and I don't know what we would have done without her help!

Sheila is the best! She did an understanding job assisting us with the purchase of our dream house. Her expertise in the market’s geographic area instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. Sheila was very involved in all aspects of the closing. She was super sweet, friendly, and professional, set up regular check-ins, and always gave constructive advice. Sheila worked very hard selling my house and property. People would show up on property and woodworking shop. After they walked around, they would call Sheila and want the code to the lock box so they could go into house. Sheila explained to them that they were trespassing and needed to leave. She told them they needed to come back with a realtor. The house was under contract 2x before selling. Sheila was very personable and professional. I would absolutely use her again.

Sheila did an amazing job helping us find a home in the area when we moved from out of state. She shared her knowledge about renovating homes like the one we were looking for. Sheila was not afraid to tell us when something was not a good fit for us, like when she toured a home that needed a total gut renovation. She had great advice on making our offers and helped us to close when our offer was accepted. She had wonderful recommendations for a surveyor, home inspector, and electrician.
