I was an over the road truck driver and almost never available to sign paperwork or really do any of the things that were necessary to sell a home at the time and had, in my opinion, a very difficult to work with mortgage company. Despite all of that, Shelly was able to take the reigns on selling my home, completing all the necessary paperwork, deal with the mortgage company, and sell my home at a price I was very happy with. She did this while maintaining a pleasant and professional attitude. I will definitely be going to her again if I decide to buy and/or sell real estate in the area.

I was referred to Shelly by a friend who was selling a house and was extremely pleased with the help and service he received from Shelly. I have to say that my experience was nothing but fantastic. I have never actually met Shelly in person but yet she worked with me and helped me rent and eventually sell my house. The process took several years (my fault not shelly's) but she stood by me and helped me negotiate the best price for my house. I was very pleased with he knowledge, professionalism and expertise. If you are looking to buy/sell a house Shelly is the realtor you need. Nothing but good things to say!!!!!

Shelly helped make our first time buying a home as simple as possible! She is hard working and dedicated to her clients, and she will fight to make sure you get a fair deal. She is flexible with her schedule, and she is always available to answer questions. If you are looking for a new home or even to sell your current home, I highly suggest Shelly! We will absolutely be using her for our future real estate needs!

My wife and I met Shelly while we were looking at houses and hadn't started going through a realtor, and we met Shelly when we called to inquire about a house. Shelly was very helpful through all phases of the house buying process and was very honest about each house we looked at. Shelly will give you her honest opinion about any house you look at, and is responsive when you ask her any questions. I would definitely recommend going through her if you are looking to buy a house.
