Shelly Vallee is an amazing agent. She came in after I was unsuccessful at selling my home. She brought a professional look to the property for a quick sale. She recommended staging strategies that peeked the interest of several buyers. Then she negotiated the sales price with the buyer so we could walk away with all the money we needed from the sale. I would be happy to recommend Shelly as either your selling agent or buying agent.

Shelly is the best realtor I’ve ever met. She has gone above and beyond her job to help us sell our house. She has not only sold our home for a fair price after painful negotiations and a difficult buyer but has helped us find roofers, and other things that needed to be done but has helped maintain the house while we were gone. You will NOT find a better person/realtor.
