We started off having a good conversation with Sheree about a property in Bonanza that we really liked, but she scared us off of because of the shootings and neighbors in the area, as well as to contact the police to talk to them about the area. She called us the next day to help us figure out what properties to look at that would be a good fit for us, and continued to talk over us and treat us like we don't know anything about buying or building, let alone doing research into the area. She then proceeded to tell us that all the GOVERNMENT LOAN SITES AND OFFICERS that we have been looking at and talking to were wrong about what houses they would allow for a loan, and that our goals aren't realistic. We are EXTREMELY irritated at how she was treating us, quoting her 20 years of experience as validation for her lack of manners and decorum. Overall extremely rude and disrespectful. Only work with her if you are willing to put up with that.

Sheree did an excellent job at selling our house in Klamath Falls. She really knows the area and the realtors in the area. She is very knowledgeable in her field, knows the market, will give you straightforward honest advice, and is willing to go to bat for you when something comes up. She helped me buy and sell in Klamath Falls, and my house appraised for what she listed it at which was more than what I originally was expecting myself. I am originally from Michigan, so finding her was a Godsend during my time in K-Falls.

I've had the distinct pleasure of having Sheree as my "go to" real estate agent since 2006 with well over 150 transactions. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and works very hard for her clients whether they are buyers or sellers. Her honesty and integrity are above reproach. I've referred a number of people to her and they've all had positive experiences.lott

Not very knowledgeable and no ambition. She’s a lowball listing agent. If you want to give it away she’s your agent! Slow returning calls and very bad getting back with information

I had a very poor experience with Sheree. She took the listing with giving me comps that were at a higher price before I signed with her. I asked a sign be placed on property. 4 months later she said my price was to high. I dropped it my $10,000. She’s still didn’t have a sign placed on property! Then she wanted even a lower price listing and 11 months later still no sign was placed ! She’s is bad at communicating. I sent her a text thT 2.5 weeks later she never answered. She doesn’t return calls in a timely manner. She told me she had the property on 11 websites but that Caldwell Banker can’t afford to put sign on property !! I drove out to the property and placed a sign on my own and within hours I for 10 responses !! SO SIGNS DO WORK! Even if it’s FOR SALE BY OWNER!
