I highly recommend Sheri Townsley. She was incredible from start to finish. She helped me when I first purchased my house and when I sold my house. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in real estate. She is patient and understanding in what the customer is looking for when purchasing a house. It was by chance that we got hooked up with Sheri, will never work with anyone else. She is FABULOUS!! The home we bought was for our daughter, so we were quite picky about location. Sheri acted as though it was her own daughter and helped us find the perfect and safe location for her. We would definitely use her when selling our own property and upgrading!

We had to relist our House in Richmond Hill, Ga after several months of being on the market in the second half of last year due to the slowing of the market. Sheri took over and sold it at our new asking pricing. Her team including contractor, staging did a beautiful job with the prep. Thank you Sheri and a well done!

Being brand new to Ft Stewart, Sheri was super helpful in getting us familiar with different areas of town. She was quick to pick up what was important to us in a new home and found us a ton of options in our price range. She never tried to “sell” us on a house we didn’t love. Once we found the house we loved, she made the appropriate recommendations for what we should offer, and even with multiple bids, we were able to secure our home! Since we were new to the area, with no family or friends living nearby, we always had to bring our two toddlers to see houses with us. Sheri stepped up and served as babysitter to allow us to really check out the houses without being distracted by the kids. It was amazing to have someone who cared about our family.

Sheri is the absolute best!! My wife and I were completely clueless at the beginning of our first home buying journey. We are beyond grateful and blessed to have had her lead us throughout this wonderful experience. She was always willing to educate us and show us the positives and cons of all the homes we saw, in order to make an informed choice. She really made us feel like family!
