Knowingly listed 2210 Kingsbrook Drive despite neighbors coming out during showing stating the previous two tenants moved out from mold in duct work. Landlord is currently pending a lawsuit from others in the complex, and this has been disclosed repeatedly (along with duct work pictures sent to Henrico code enforcement). Realtor did not disclose any of this, despite knowing.

Did not respond to inquiries on rental properties. Favoritism towards applicants. Sometimes you get a response sometimes you don’t depending on the property. She could have been respectful instead of waiting 8 hours and said she did not want me to apply to a certain property.

Sophia is one of the best realtor that I have ever worked with. We bought a second property because of her. She is very professional and dedicated to her profession. We are really blessed to have her as a realtor. She is very responsive whenever we had questions .She is very good at explaining about the buying process and she guided us from the beginning for the right home and to the best home that we are looking for.
