Where do I even begin?! Sophie was truly a blessing. I was casually browsing homes on Zillow when one particular listing caught my eye, and I decided to fill out the questionnaire to see it in person. That’s how I was connected with Sophie. Zillow informed me that I’d be receiving a call, and it turned out to be her! From the moment we spoke, I could tell we had an instant connection, and I knew I couldn’t let her slip away. We dove straight into the home search process. Sophie asked all the right questions about my preferences, budget, and we quickly planned an itinerary for the weekend. Remember, I first spoke to Sophie on a Wednesday, and by Saturday, we were touring homes. By Sunday, we found the one we fell in love with! Over just two days, we toured 11 homes. Sophie’s approach is incredibly organized and straightforward. She’s got a fantastic personality that made the whole process fun and stress-free! Sophie was great to work with it seem like she’s always working 24 seven to find a solution. She’s very professional she responded very quickly even when we had issues with a lender she made everything seem like it was going to be OK which it was, I will definitely use her again in the future and recommend her to anybody that is a first time homebuyer she will be, very honest with you about her thoughts and opinions about the property and if it will be a good fit, which is exactly what I needed

Sophie Risner is amazing to work with! She is professional and personable, super smart, has great incite, has her pulse on the market, and very responsive. Selling a home is very stressful and yet she made us feel that she had everything under control. We were able to sell super fast! We are very lucky to have her!
