My experience with Stan was great, from his immediate response time to his negotiation skills I can't not say enough how knowledgeable Stan is. He is a hard working and dedicated agent that worked very hard to help us find our home. We helped us reach our goal which was to by our house and he made sure that it was everything we wanted. I highly recommend Stan to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their house. He also helped my brother find his house too.

I really can't say enough good things about Stan! He was very patient and kind from the very start of our home buying process. Stan was very honest and never tried to push us into anything that we weren't sure about. He was also very accommodating to my very busy work schedule. If you are looking for a house and want someone honest, patient,kind,understanding and an overall great person I would highly recommend Stan Blood.

Stan patiently worked with us thru the viewing of many many homes. Our home hunting period was thru the winter months, so there were many times when Stan met us in knee deep snow to look a house over, just to decide it was not the perfect one. We had some very specific requirements while at the same time we were trying to keep the purchase price down as low as possible. This presented a challenge for everyone. Stan stuck with us thru the whole search. until we found the "one". Stan was a tremendous help from the beginning when we first met him right to the end when we finally signed the purchase agreement. This included dozens of request for information, last minute request for home showing and his welcomed knowledge of homes in general. We appreciated him being there to help guide us. We would recommend Stan to anyone who is seriously shopping for a home, and already have to some of my best friends.

Stan was easy and great to work with from start to finish. I followed Stan's advice on how best to sell my mother's house and it worked like a charm. I sold the house for the appraisal price to the first person to see it. I was pleased and so was she. Can't ask for better than that in my book. Ingrid Halling

Selling my home was truly a great and quick experience with Stan Blood. I was not expecting to sell as fast as it did and I didn't expect to get what I was asking. Stan was eager to answer my questions. At no time did I not understand the selling process. I had neighbors who tried to sell with other agents and either did not sell or we not even close to their asking price. When I get ready to buy I will be calling Stan Blood.
